For a straightforward WILL, go for CO-OP! (free of charge). The website was easy to use. You get an 1hour phone appointment to check the details. My case manager (OLW) was professional and was very helpful.

We dealt with Case Manager LNI. Lucy made initial contact and was helpful and gave us plenty of information in order to assist us making an informed decision when updating our wills. Lucy responded quickly when we had a query and resolved the issue. Everything has been completed to our complete satisfaction. We have received copies of our signed wills so the process is complete. Had an excellent experience with Co-op Legal services and the help of MO'R. With a brain surgery operation on the horizon I wanted to make sure my affairs were in order. MO'R was extremely accommodating and made sure I had a copy of my will to sign and return to him the day before the surgery. Plan for the worst, hope for the best! Excellent service. I booked an appointment on line. I then received a call from Oliver. My partner and I discussed our wishes with him. Within 3 weeks, draft copies of our wills were emailed to us for checking. Then wills drafted and posted to us for signatures. Such a smooth and easy process. Highly recommended.

A fast and fuss free experience, I took out the free will via Cancer Research UK using Co-op Legal services and I highly recommend using them, this is the second will I’ve taken out and this was a much easier process than the other company I used. LNI was an excellent advisor and guided me through the process seamlessly.

Call out to Oliver Williams from Co-op legal for his gentle but thorough walk through of the will construction process. Many terms, which we needed to understand, but didn’t work communicated with ease by Oliver, enabling us to complete the process within a fairly short telephone call.
