Felling Post Office

The man behind the counter is always rude and bad mannered, chucks your change and receipts at you. No customer service skills at all. His wife and Christine are absolutely lovely though!

Been going ti this post office for years now. Its small inside and a bit cramped due to the shelves. Can often have a queue for the post office which just makes it more packed.However the postal service inside have always been incredibly helpful. They've offered me help when sending items and suggested postage methods best suited for my packages.

Hi, I’ve been here to send parcels occasionally and I get good helpful service from this gent . Yes it’s a small shop but this owner has to be careful of people taking advantage of that so they can be light fingered. You know who you are!! Hiding behind bad reviews. What do you expect . It’s his livelihood.

I can't say how grateful I am for the lovely chap who stayed open for me to tax a car I'd just bought. I'd driven up from Sheffield to buy the car and the online tax service didn't accept the reference numbers. I had to get to a Post Office and it had already gone 5:30pm! I phoned and the gentleman in the shop waited for me so I could tax the car. If he hadn't have done that, I wouldn't have been able to drive the car back home that night and I would've had to find accommodation for the night or sleep in the car until morning!What a lovely guy. He really was a true gent and helped me out big time! Thank you.Leon.
