Stumbled into this lovely cafe after a walk in the woods and we couldn’t have come to a better place for a nice coffee and a pizza.The service is outstanding and the owners are nice and caring

We arrived at this place with four friends for what we expected to be a pleasant evening meal.Upon arrival we ordered some drinks to go with the meal when we were advised that a vast majority of the menu was unavailable (no mixed grill, no steaks, no king prawns).Whilst serving our drinks the Barmaid seemed to be more interested in a dishevelled individual at the end of the bar who was obviously the worst for wear (drunk) - it turns out that this chap is the landlord who was doing a double act with another similar individual.All the staff seemed strangely amused that most of the menu was unavailable and when I suggested I might have the Fish & Chips" they went into howls of laughter

This is a cracking good coffee shop that not only does real coffee but lots of gourmet pies sausage rolls and pizzas, all of which are fantastic.

Top coffee, locally roasted and extracted brilliantly... tough to justify stopping here as its only 10 minutes home on the bike at the end of a nice long ride... but difficult to pass without stopping.Friendly service, great little coffee shop.(Note - the old 1 and 2 star reviews are from 10/11 years ago, for the pub part which is currently closed for refurbishment - under new management - so irrelevant!)
