5.3.22 our puppy graduated today, thank you to the team for the patience and encouragement, he grew literally and mentally, will recommend to anyone with a puppy. A BIG thank you also to Belle who was a great playmate xGreat fun went to the puppy play date 0930-1030 totally free, no appointment needed

I am so impressed with the friendly, knowledgable staff at Pets Corner and the range of products in Pulborough. Whenever I have visited the shop they have gone above and beyond to help me navigate the myriad products for when we're dog sitting our daughter's cocker spaniel, Oscar. Today Caleb went the extra mile explaining the different dry and wet foods and their benefits to try and help with Oscar's anxiety, allergies and energy needs all the time brilliantly juggling helping and serving other customers. I wouldn't go anywhere else!

Thank you so much to the guy in the pulborough store for his help today. He helped weigh my dog, helped with food choices and then helped take the food to my car as I was with puppy and toddler. Amazing customer service; making what could have been a stressful visit into an easy, calm one.

Excellent staff - helpful and friendly beyond expectations.My dogs always receive a royal welcome here and I travel 3 times the distance to go to this specific branch, rather than the several closer ones as it is such an enjoyable experience both for me and my pets.

Pets Corner at Pulborough stock everything you need for your special pet. Very helpful and friendly staff. Also the weekly Saturday Puppy Hour is the best fun for your puppy to socialise with other dogs.

Awful,items priced wrongly.Ex display item only item left.I asked for discount (who wouldn't right) I was told its out to look at but it's not on display.right build on display but not on display????price at till was not what was with the item told them to forget it.as I was leaving shop heard put out staff member still protesting to colleague its not ex display its just out (on display with the other pet beds.i don't think she even realised the madness of what she was saying.exdisplay but not display.they offered to order a boxed one again full price we declined and left empty handed
