Just bought my 3rd van off of Scott at Herts & Essex van sales, would never use any one else.Asked for a particular van with deadlocks and roof racks which he didn't have in stock, he sourced exactly what I was looking for within a week.Customer service is great and always willing to go the extra mile to make sure everything is fine.Never had any issue with any vans I've purchased and gives great part exchange rates.Fully recommend would never buy a van anywhere else.

Sold a van to me with a fresh dodgy pass mot. Bald tyres and had told me it had a full inspection clear. Guy was very rude when i addressed my concern on the phone. Avoid!

Demanded a £500 non refundable deposit even though the web site states £350 , we decided not to pay and go see the van , Could not contact them for 2 days as apparently "everyone was on holiday " then miraculously the van was sold even though i had sent texts and used the live chat (( whish was not live )) to ask about delivery on the van .... either totally incompetent or just dodgy .... is a £500 non refundable deposit even legal ???? i would avoid them if i were you .

They were very friendly till they took my money. Service on the van hasn't been done as we agreed. Cabin filter was disgusting, they have used a very cheap oil for engine, as after 5.000 miles, the engine has eaten most of it. I have change the oil with Mobil Super and after 9.000 miles, hasn't eat any of it, their oil was like water... Anyway, just avoid the company!!!

Bought a van couple of months before and the van had a radio from a different van that didnt work, there was no spare tire aswell and i tried contacting them many many times but never really gotten a call or email back that was useful. If it doesnt get resolved then i dont think i would recommend this place to anyone.
