I only work next door to the shop and I go in there everyday. Always a hello and a small conversation which is nice. Very friendly staff from open till close. Always helpful.

My parcel was returned to me the next day because of the lady owner did not write the delivery address despite my warning. She wasted my money and my time.Again the issue with the same lady…She counted the mail we sent 3 times as wrong and transferred it to a higher package. However, I prepare and control all of my cargoes according to the measurements written on Royal Mail's website.I think she is just trying to get more money and making the problem everytime for that reason. Great reputations for Royal Mail!

Agree female owner is not only rude, but also unscrupulous!! She overcharges for postal services, and upsells" to special delivery when you simply ask for "first class recorded"!!They have done this to me and my colleagues for the third time

Efficient enough counter service on posting a few letters and Christmas cards etc. here one Saturday morning. It's a pity that there no longer seem to be main post offices in city centres.
