Brides in the City

Brides in the City are absolutely amazing! I have been in multiple times over the last 12months and they are so lovely and will do anything to help!I went to the shop in September 2022 with an idea of what I wanted and came out with one of the biggest dresses in the shop! Taylor was so so helpful particular with my family as they all had different ideas of dresses - by the end we were both sweating! Nothing was too much trouble and I was so happy to leave with my perfect dress. Each time I went in Taylor always asked me and all the girls made me feel welcome.I always recommend this wee shop to everyone as girls are fabulous and there was never any pressure - they genuinely want to make sure you find your dream dress! ❤️

I had an absolutely brilliant experience at brides in the city! Everyone was so friendly and helpful from start to finish. The dresses are all beautiful and they have such a wide range of styles and prices. My stylist was Becky and she was fantastic and really put me at ease, listened so well and helped to pick out a perfect dress. Can't recommend enough!

I cannot recommend Brides in the City enough. From booking my appointment to finding my dream dress, the experience I had was incredible. Catelyn and Deborah were absolutely amazing. I was able to take my time to look at all their beautiful dresses and felt completely relaxed throughout the whole appointment. I was lucky enough to find my dream dress first time and when I wished to make a few changes this was accepted and discussed with no hesitation. All the girls were so lovely and welcoming and the late night opening for my larger group to see my dress was a game changer.I cannot wait to come back for my fitting and will continue to recommend Brides in the City to anyone looking to find their dream dress.

This was my first time looking at wedding dresses and the stylist Vicky was amazing, she listened to what I was thinking and what I definitely didn’t want and helped me select a variety of dresses to try. I said yes to my perfect dress and she made the moment totally unforgettable with my bridal party, she was so lovely I can’t recommend her enough! From a warm welcome with Prosecco on arrival to total excitement getting photos and a goody bag after getting my dress the team were amazing from start to finish, thanks to you all for making the experience so special! ❤️

Had the most magical experience at brides in the city choosing my dress. My stylist was Catelyn who is absolutely phenomenal at what she does! Catelyn was so attentive, kind and genuine. The service was 10/10. My family commented it was the best service they’ve ever had in a bridal shop.Catelyn was so patient and no ask was too big. She showed us lots of options, veils, accessories etc and gave great guidance on how to customise my dress (which is something I wanted to do!) When you say yes you get a beautiful gift bag with goodies which was such a nice touch.The shop itself is beautiful and very aesthetically pleasing. There are hundreds of beautiful dresses to flatter every shape, size, wants and needs. The girls in the shop are all lovely and there is 0 pressure or pushiness. I already can’t wait to go back when my dress is ready. Thank you so much Catelyn and Brides in the city for a truly memorable experience xx

Oh my gosh - what a fantastic experience! I booked an appointment, not really being ready to buy a dress, but more to get an idea of what I was looking for. I met with Taylor who was so friendly and helped me relax and get in to the trying of dresses. The whole experience was just more than what i expected. It was only myself and my Mum and it just felt really special. Wee touches like bubbly and wee sweet treats just added to the event. Taylor knew exactly what was right for me, so much so that she actually picked the perfect dress for me to try and after a wee bit of a break to catch my breath, we went back and I said yes to the dress. Brides in the City do it right and make you feel like you matter. All the girls are so lovely and welcoming and it is so much more than just a bridal store. Thank you Taylor for finding my perfect dress!

The ladies at Brides in the City know how to make you feel incredibly special and beautiful. Everyone was so sweet every time I was up there and answered any questions and were completely honest with anything I asked them regarding my dress. They helped reassure me the custom changes I made would look good and they were absolutely right. My dress turned out so beautiful and I can't help but thank them for making me feel so beautiful. I would fully recommend checking out their store. The dresses are beautiful, the staff is amazing and the pricing is affordable.

I got married at the end of October and was so pleased with my dress AND had so many compliments on it!The shopping experience was so lovely! As a plus size gal I'd been made to feel so other on my journey to find a dress and these guys were the first people who made me feel like a bride rather than a plus size bride. I really appreciated being able to try on dresses in my size, being listened to and not just shoehorned into massive princess gowns. I fell in love with a dress in the window and while they didn't have that in a plus size i could still try on a smaller size to envisage if I'd love it as much on!My stylist was especially wonderful, she put me so much at ease and helped answer random questions about dresses I might have and just made the whole process so much fun! All the girls there are so kind and positive and willing to help with any queries you may have. Definitely recommend!I loved that it was so simple to make changes to the dress so it felt fully me and fully in keeping with my wedding. I loved my dress so much and it feels so wonderful knowing its uniquely mine.
