I was referred by my consultant to see Dan Jones for post op rehab after having ACL surgery, following a skiing accident. First class service from the start & even got me fit enough to ski again. Would highly recommend.

I was suffering from severe back pain and wanted an MRI to make an informed decision about participating in an international motorcycle race.Made an enquiry around 6pm Monday and was being seen for my initial consultation 75 minutes later. They got me in for an MRI at 11am the next morning in Newport and the report was back that afternoon. Dan was then able to get me an appointment with a consultant the next day.Just the most incredible efficiency. They understood the urgency and did an awesome job. Thanks to Jen, Izzy and Dan.

Superb service from Dan and the team. I booked in for several sessions having had long standing problems with my Achilles. Dan prepared a great programme for me and gave excellent advice. 6 months on and my Achilles are Pain free and in much better condition. Highly recommend

After visiting my GP with the worst back pain and spasms I’ve ever experienced they recommended physiotherapy and pain killers. I was in so much pain I was happy to pay privately to get it resolved. I contacted Dan who said it was definitely something they could help with. After booking in for a treatment with Beth I hobbled into clinic. I was actually hunched over in agony. I received treatment and had k tape applied and I was actually able to walk out of there feeling like a new woman. I regularly have sessions with Beth and despite the very long hours I spend driving my back pain hasn’t reappeared. Highly recommend - a very satisfied customer !

Clinical, friendly and above all very, very effective, which is ultimately what I judge a physio on. From the warm friendly receptionist I was lucky enough to have a few sessions with Dan who clearly has extensive knowledge of sports injuries being with Cardiff Rugby. Sorted me trap issue out perfectly, aided and abetted by the brilliant Carys.Used loads over the years but truly wouldn’t go anywhere else, and haven’t for a considerable amount of time.

Excellent experience, was seen on the day at short notice with the physio giving up his free time to see me, sorted out mri scans and appropriate routes for a diagnosis. Perfectly priced and would highly recommend, had consultation, scan and results all within 24 hours. Will be my first call in future when needed.

I have just finished a course of physio with Nynke. She was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and explained the reasons I was experiencing pain in my lower back and knee. Nynke provided me with hands on physio as well as exercises to strengthen the muscles around the affected areas. I've been to a number of physio's over the past few years, but Nynke is definitely in my top two!
