Great gym, really enjoy the classes! Instructors really really friendly and helpful. I really recommend, I actually WANT to go to the gym! Also a great mix of age ranges!

Great gym, amazing staff, love the classes. Being open 24h helps with shift work and always feel comfortable and safe going when it’s unstaffed.

Great new gymWith the latest equipment and space through out downstairs and on the upper level.There is an outside zone to workout as well , with plenty of car parking.Lockers to use all sizes but bring a small padlock to use .Showers and changing spaces available.Hand and machine cleaning sprays available everywhere in the gym .
