Outstanding service by Jib Hadi!Cannot express how happy me and my partner was when we came.We had a walk in appointment and were left with great hair. We welcomed and seated right away. The customer service is lovely and worthwhile.For me and my partner, for a haircut came up to a total of £50 for the both of us, therefore quite reasonable. Advisable to pay in cash as the card machine does take an extra £3 but theres an atm located round the corner of the salon so it wasn’t much of a hassle.This salon will always have a special place in our hearts and will definitely come back when we’re back in London.

Please don't waste your time. This place is a disgrace. Upon turning up for my appointment i was told that there would be no one doing my hair. (Hairdresser went home as he wasn't feeling well, he did not even bother calling or texting me) Staff was very rude and unprofessional. The place is very tiny with poor decor. Hairdressers speak very broken english and they have never heard of customer service. No one manages this Salon the chairs are rented out to very badly trained hairdressers. At the end i wasted £10 on travel, would never go back.Awful experience!
