Best decision i ever made for my hair.I’d only had extensions once before (over 10 years ago) and the skill and effort put in has left me feeling so happy and more confident.My hair looks the best it ever has!I felt so welcome and there is such a good vibe in this place, I’m usually shy and nervous in new hairdressers but everyone is so genuine it just makes you enjoy every moment.Thank you!❤️

Don’t be fooled by all the amazing instagram pictures. That’s what I went in for. came out and was told by a friend her toddler could have done better -she wasn’t wrong. Looked like I’d been dragged through a bush backwards. Probably because I was kept waiting for 45 mins and then she rushed me because as soon as I got in my seat her next appointment turned up. Was in the chair less than 20 mins when I was told around an hour and a half. Waste of time and money

Absolutely disgusting! Would not recommend. For a city centre salon. An 18 year old turned up 7 minutes late due to race day traffic on her 18th birthday and the make-up artist refused to see her. What kind of make-up artist can’t make 53 minutes work to make an 18th birthday special.It’s all well and good having an inspirational Instagram page but if you can’t follow through with the customer service what’s the use!
