K T Nails

Had my nails done twice now really pleased with them so lovely and kind they offer cup of tea or coffee on arrival love my nails ✨✨✨

I have been here a number of times but for the last 3 times they did not actually listen to what I wanted , I paid 35.00 for ombre nails the next time i went in to get in fills the lady who owns it took all my ombre off even though I told her that is what she had done last time !!! So then she palmed me off with someone else who was very pleasant and tried to tell me that what she did last time was not ombre !!! Becsuse of her mistake I couldn't have the infills done in ombre but it still cost me 25.00 .... the other workers there are wonderful but she is a complete nightmare and needs to lead her team by example..

I've just had my nails done by Kane and I'm over the moon! He was lovely to talk to and did a fantastic job on my nails. Thank you!

I love going to get my nails done here, the staff are really kind and funny. The quality of mt nails are always great. The price is also a lot cheaper than other nail bars I've been to locally, so would definitely recommend. You can wait a little while as they are very busy but I've never been there more than an hour and a half on a weekend.

So I got my nails done today and I said to the woman can I have them short coffin and she said yeah and when she was doing them she done them long square and all the nails are wankey and then when I was drying my nails the lady was like if you move your hands I will slap you and then let my nails drying and when she came over she slapped my arm and was like they are dry now you can go.... THE PEOPLE ARE IN THERE ARE VERY RUDE AND I WOULDNT GO IN THERE AGAIN

I am so upset and angry after taking my grand daughter here yesterday. We were both having our nails done for xmas as a treat but what a total disappointment, hard to know where to start! Firstly there was a total lack of hygiene, between clients being seen I saw no cleaning of anything including hands, no screens in place either. My own nails were good but I wanted something a little longer and some nice sparkle, but the woman just chopped off the acrylics without asking me how long/short I wanted! I kept saying they were really short but she didn't take any notice! I had asked for a rounded tip but she cut the tips so short that once they had been shaped they are now actually shorter than my natural nails that they cut off to do the treatment! I made it clear I was not happy with the length and was spoken to VERY rudely - even my granddaughter commented on the lady's rudeness, and I was told they didn't have time to do it again so in her words we take it off and you go with nothing!!" Needless to say

As a loyal customer of KT Nails. Im VERY disappointed!! My nails have been on less than a week and the shellac has peeled, the acrylic snapped and ive lost 3 out of 10 nails. Not very professional and quite rude to be honest. Very sad to say they have lost my custom! After years of using them it breaks my heart to have to change. Absolutely disgusted.

Visited this nail bar last Friday...my first time (I am male) and judging by all their stares as I entered, the first time a man had entered. Good fun and a short wait, then I sat in their torture chair, sorry massage chair. Then one of the best pedicure services I have ever had, and that includes Hong Kong and Thailand. The staff (Vietnamese??) My pedicurist was very skilled and attentive with my feet with a final lower leg massage. One hour session..well worth the charge (£30). The place was very crowded with ladies waiting for their nails to be done, I was very impressed. The staff were very friendly as well, given their difficult English. Greatly recommended for men, as well as women!!
