The lady who owns the shop is kind and very competent. Prices are affordable and you know exactly what you buy. Being myself a neophyte, going to a place like that was the best as I got the best advice.

Have often bought at Footlights and was very disappointed by customer service recently.Footlights have a no refunds policy. Credit notes are awarded and denied at the discretion of the manager.

Excellent small dance shop with friendly and professional service. We have been going to this shop for ten years and have always been very happy with the excellent staff who have made our visits a pleasure.

Shopped in this store for the first time today. Visited with my 4 year old granddaughter who wanted to purchase her first ballet outfit and shoes. The two girls were really friendly and very helpful. They put my granddaughter at ease and helped her pick out a gorgeous leotard/tutu. Fabulous customer service we will definitely be returning xx

This shop is brilliant!I have been here a few times now & every time the staff are always more than helpful & know exactly what they are talking about even when I dont have a clue.I have never experienced any of the issues of the above post (I think that person must of been having a bad day)They are always fully stocked, I have never had to order anything and the prices are brilliant compared to other places i have rang and enquired with.My daugher also goes to gymnastics and they have a fabulous choice of gym leotards too about 10 in each size.Overall this shop is great and i would recommend it to anyone
