SSE SENT ME TO THIS SHOP TO CREDIT MY CARD BUT THE SHOP KEEPER REFUSED TO DO IT! UNTIL SEE RANG THEM UP AND ANOTHER GUY DID IT! I GOT VERBALLY RACISAL COMMENTS

If I could give 0 stars I would. I went to collect a parcel and was interrogated with questions and different forms of ID, emails proving the parcel is mine, the barcode number, tracking number. The whole time he had one parcel next to it with my name on and when I said “I can see my parcel there” the man started shouting at me in a different language and in English telling me not to come again, I told him “don’t f’ing shout at me” and he proceeded to shout and come through the hole in the plastic Covid screen at the till, shouting and telling me “you do not say f’ck in my shop” I was crying and just wanted my parcel which he wouldn’t give me despite all the questions and I also have an unusual name so when I asked for my parcel and he had it next to him he could have just gave it me or asked for ID and gave it me, I don’t know why he was being so awkward, rude or shouting at me, I got my parcel in the end I Litterally snatched it out his hand and ran away. I’m a young girl and this man is very aggressive and explosive, please be careful of this shop and owner/man that works there

Awful shop staff need to learn how to smile and use manners. Went to post my yodel parcels had quite a few and was told got no signal - more like couldn't be bothered . Wouldn't spend another penny in that dump of a shop!

I paid a British Gas bill for my 89 year old cousin at Clay Lane Mini Market on the 7 December. The cashier took my money and gave me a receipt. British Gas has never received the payment and is now threatening legal action. Despite two visits deaking with cashiers who fob me off I ve had no success with a decent, honest, response. I'm now being told they don't accept payments for British Gas!!!! Implying that I'm telling lies I must now deal with West Midlands Poice because clearly this is fraud. Beware of this shop.

Rude shopkeeper. This shop is meant to be a DHL service point but he flat out refused that they take DHL parcels. Showed him on DHL website and then he claimed it was broken. Any excuse. Glad I didn't leave my parcel here.Also no social distancing or face masks in use. Avoid this shop
