Very good estate agent. We dealt primarily with Euan, who was very helpful and switched on throughout our flat purchase- initially giving us great help finding the property we wanted, then giving us confidence throughout the purchase process that he was engaged and pushing for the sale to be completed in a timely manner. The process was still very slow, (probably not because of anyone at KFH.) Good experience overall, thanks very much

We really enjoyed working with KFH - my husband and I are first-time homebuyers (and expats from the US) so navigating the UK housing market was all new … Euan guided us through the process of making an offer, provided transparency through the process, and even helped coordinate additional inspections to make us comfortable with the house’s condition. We also worked with Sawan on the mortgage-side, who was also fantastic in walking us through all of the options available and helping us get the best rate (going back 3x as rates dropped through the fall).
