Nice shop. Great selection but sometimes difficult to find the right box or colour boxes as they are underneath the display. Helpful staff and you get a great bag to carry your purchase home.

Really lovely polite and extremely helpful staff.. Both me and my husband have wide feet and although they didn't have many wide trainers the staff went out the extra mile looking for some that would fit. and we both came out the store with what we wanted with a smile and the wantto return when we next what some more.

Excellent service at the store today.A really nice young man named Ronnie. Helped me find exactly what I was looking for.He didn’t mind at all that he was having to keep checking in the stockroom if he had my size. I just want to say that we were very impressed with our visit today to buy some new trainers, myself my mom and our friend all purchased a pair, all the staff were very helpful as soon as we walked in to the store. We were particularly impressed with the sales assistant “Ronnie” I myself work in a shop and thought how good he is and very helpful! Please can you pass this on and we will be back!

Good for trainers and shoes. But the sizes are all american. They should have large uk sizes on the boxes as well so everyone knows the size that they are looking for.

Really helpful staff. Big fan of Skechers but had a quality concern on my 8 month old purchase was told to bring into view with proof of purchase. I couldn't go until today which was another month since i last contacted the cannock store due to health condition and was dealt with very fairly and returned back with another pair for a small amount on top of original purchase. Everyone on shopfloor and tills was happy to help great experience and then after seeing the customer service my sister also purchased a pair today there too.
