Dick Turpins grave
Not much there really apart from the grave stone and a small fenced off grass area. A very unassuming place for such a character. I would avoid the grass, dog toffee alert.

Interesting visit but the graveyard is in a terrible state. Vodka bottle, drink cans and juice bottles just some of the debris around.

Definitely worth a visit if you're in the area.I'm sure it's the only standard upright headstone in the graveyard.

Good to visit if you're interested in history.Sure, it's not in the middle of town and nothing much else around that specific part, but not sure that was a consideration way back when the guy was hung and buried.

Nice place to visit if you like history the grave is not far from York Town centre it is across the road from a church. It is in a strange place so can easily be missed it just looks like a small field but the grave is at the far end.

Very disappointed with the state of the grave couldn't read the stone covered in green slime it was top of my list of things to see in York,wish I hadn't have bothered.

Had to find this after last visiting as a young child, I was disappointed at the lack of care of the surroundings, lack of signage to it, quite frankly almost seemed a waste of time and this too was the impression of another visiting family.

After walking in circles for half hour to find it I was disappointed to not being able to go up and look at the grave due to it being used as a seat by a bunch of old enough to know better druggies... shame!

It was in a poorly kept small graveyard full of litter. A real shame.If you spend 2 minutes in there you wasted 90 seconds.
