Not just horrible customer service - mainly from Ricky Honour - but a SCAM altogether. They steal your money, address is fake and company not even registered. Stay away !

Terrible customer service. I was quoted around £900 less than the actual fees, deposit of course was taken immediately without any technical issues, but when I requested my refund three weeks ago, I get terrible customer service. I still haven't received my money back, it's been 3 weeks, and everytime I call - lately twice a day - I get reassured to be called back after an hour to sort out their technical issues for not being able to refund me. And guess what, they never call back! I would give no star if I could. Terrible company, avoid if you can ! And they do not reply to their emails !!!!

This is a SCAM, they took my deposit and never returned it after quoting me wrongly. The address is not even real and they are NOT EVEN A REGISTERED COMPANY. Stay away!

I was recommended them by a friend who I suppose I now owe a pint! Definitely worth passing on his recommendation as well.
