Steven and Adam were very professional and knowledgeable throughout the process of selling our house. They kept us informed and updated and communicated regularly with both our buyers and ourselves.A refreshing change from estate agents previously used.Would recommend them to anyone in the future.

Thank you Adam and Steven for the great service you provided while selling our home, you kept us up dated with the progress of our sale and helped us out when we had random questions we needed answering. You provided us that personal touch and would highly recommend your company to our family and friendsGood luck to you both, Me and Helen wish you all the best in the future!

This reviews specific to a property purchase on Tarbet St and may not be indicative of every buyers experience. As indicated by other reviews; with a proactive seller the agent fulfils their role well, relaying progress in a timely manner. It’s worth pointing out most reviews are exclusively from those who reached completion though.Just a note: another review by Gill was responded with ‘you are factually incorrect’, a public example of a lack of professionalism. In fact on your website, if searching by ‘lowest price’ there is no way to filter out sold properties - this results in a lot of scrolling. A response could have been “we are always striving to improve and will take your feedback onboard”, not a personal attack.ViewingThis was relatively straight forward; called, booked in a time and was a smooth experience. However, there were small lies from the outset seeding doubts about the trustworthiness of any future information. “It’s had new floors throughout’ is one example. This was a lie, a quick search on right move showed the same floors back in as late as Apr 2019, last time it was sold! So the ‘new’ floors were at the least 4 years old, if not older. Whilst small it brings into question, did the seller lie to the estate agent to start with or did the agent just make it up?OfferThis part of the process went with ease, there was good communication and things were off to a good start. Provided good insight into the process as a first-time buyer.Mortgage/ProceedingsThis is where issues started cropping up. Whilst the agent did their part of forwarding on the memorandum of sale, the seller never sent through the contract information and seemingly started delaying the process.Next, the seller no-showed for a valuation. At this stage my solicitor raised a red flag. Following this, the estate agent took over and did the valuation, casting further doubts about the seller being cooperative/proactive. But was an example of great service on the agents part.StalledThe seller withdrew from the property they were purchasing after a failed survey. The estate agent had been good, but from this point on it became a reoccurring game of silence and only hearing when the seller had a ‘viewing’ coming up, then up to 2 months of silence following each time.WithdrawalEventually nearly 6 months of no movement and 2 months of silence with the only information being ‘the seller is viewing properties and offers being rejected’ it became clear the sale was going nowhere. The past behaviour of the seller had cast doubts on the sale and the periods of silence from the estate agent reinforced this further. I decided to proceed with an alternate property and withdraw.I explain how ridiculous this has been, to which they responded with my assessment of events is unfair and that they have been open and honest throughout - and I could have withdrawn at any point… which is a bit beside the point when your actually trying/wanting to buy a property from them.In closing, whilst I place a lot of the blame for the experience with this particular seller, I feel the agent could have validated the factual information they told on the viewing, been more proactive in progressing the sale and communicating this regularly. Why was the seller getting repeated rejections, were they under offering/aiming too high? Are they really in a financial position to move? It brings up a lot of questions and a lot of doubt throughout the entire process. As a small business it must be devastating when clients tarnish the claimed second to none service, reducing it to none for the buyers.

I would highly recommend Yes Move if you are trying to move house. Ste and Adam were amazing from the very start of the process to the end. Any time of day, Ste would keep us updated and go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly. Can't thank you enough. Loren & Daniel

Not a great experience. Would not use them again. The website shows all the properties sold over the last year so you have to scroll through them all to see what is actually for sale!!

I’m in the final process of completing on my mother and father’s house, and I have to say that Adam and Ste have gone above and beyond. Given the situation they have both been extremely sensitive and considerate in regards to why the house was being sold, which is something that is rare these days with bigger companies. We were with a national estate agent beforehand and struggled to even get viewers, whereas they secured viewings and a buyer rapidly - at a great price! Even in these last stages, they have really gone to the extreme and sourced house clearances and plumbers, keeping on at solicitors, all while being professional and down to earth. I would wholeheartedly recommend using Yes Move if you are considering buying or selling. The lads don’t just know the painful process of moving, but will really help with the intricacies and politics that come along with a house! :) well done to you both for saving me the headache!
