Love these guys.Can on my Bandit was knackered, the sorted me a bargain replacement and it is mint.The other day the said Bandit was stuck in gear, they fixed it in no time and it cost me next to nothing.Today they fitted a shiny new chain and sprocket set, they also sorted a dodgy sprocket carrier bearing plus sorted out an oil change.All very reasonable, with excellent customer service.

Have had several bikes all serviced by Parsons. Nothing but good experiences. Have helped me out in a pinch, gone above and beyond in sourcing and fitting rare OEM parts and always super reliable. In fact, I've just booked in to have my valve checks done with them!

Jane was very professional .I have an issue with the brakes on my Supa soco electric bike .Readily obtained a new front calliper from these people @ £56.00Had a very bad experience with Fowlers in Bristol, who I bought the bike from.They wrongly informed me that the calliper was not available to order as a unit , but the complete braking system, with labour was £530.00 !Avoid Fowlers at all costs
