PCS Dorset Pet Crematorium

I had used PCS to turn my beloved dog into ashes and they sent it in the most beautiful way possible, in a statue that sat just the way he sat

Poppy my yorkie died last July these people are very professional kind and understanding couldn't wish for a better crematorium. Thanks.

My dogs ashes were lost in the recent fire and I have yet to be contacted by them in regards to anything. Not only did they lose my best friends ashes they don’t even have the decency to contact me when the fire even happened... I only found out because his ashes had been delayed by a good few weeks and had to find out through the news. The fire happened late jan and they still have not contacted me. Appalling communication!

Excellent service at a time of great sadness

I turned up at PCS Dorset quite late on a Friday afternoon, I met a chap that was finishing up his days work but stopped everything to take all the time I needed to book in and say my last good bye to my dog.He was very kind, understanding and helpful.Picking up on the following Monday was quick and easy.A truly sad and difficult time made just that bit easier by people that care.Thank you.
