Mirage Landscapes

Liam and his team were the landscapers for a show garden I designed at RHS Flower Show Tatton Park this year. The build was quick and precise with great attention to detail. The garden looked exactly how I wanted it to and won a Silver medal. Thanks Liam!

Thank you to Liam and his team for the beautiful work they had done on my garden. A very old, tired patio full of weeds have been given a new lease of life. An over 40+ years old glass lean-to has been taken down and a new decking is in its place. The transformation has given us space to relax outdoors and for children to play. Thankyou Liam and Mike for transforming our back garden. In parts it was like the yorkshire dales, very uneven and a bit of a quagmire, but now after levelling, hard-core, hard graft and lots of time and patience and artificial lawn laid to perfection (lots of cutting around a pond), it is stunning. Jet washed everywhere on completion, clean as a new pin. Highly recommended. Thanks again both of you.

Things can go wrong but it’s how the contractor deals with it that matters. I informed Liam in March that the turfing he did had not taken and looked dreadful. I sent him photos. He didn’t respond. Eventually after threatening trading standards he responded and said he’d come and have a look. I sent my phone number and told him I would be out most mornings until 1030am. He called around 1000 one morning when I was out, but not seen or heard from him since. He rushed to do the turfing on a rainy day in October and the grass was never walked on… it’s fenced off. The turf got plenty of water.Have had to get another contractor to fix it so small claim court will now chase. The porcelain tiling his employee did is excellent shame he’s let himself down with this.

Liam and David did a first class job renewing our fencing. We are so pleased with it, it looks amazing.They also redesigned our daughter’s garden with new paving and artificial grass. She is so happy with it.Reliable, punctual, thorough, neat & tidy what more can you ask for? Liam will be the first person we call if we need any more work doing and we highly recommend him.

Liam and his team have recently completed a substantial piece of work transforming our garden and I thoroughly recommend them. We highly recommend Mirage Landscapes. Liam and his team Mike and Dave were brilliant.Initially back in February Liam arrived to give a quote at exactly the time he stated, He introduced himself and shook hands (this went a long way and we were impressed before we had even started)!.Measurements taken and questions asked, they were on site almost an hour, a quote was received within a couple of days as had been stated.Naturally we had a few weeks wait until work could start and unfortunately the week before they were due, the country went into lockdown.However, as soon as it was legally possible as they would be working outside and could maintain the social distancing rules, work began.The three gentlemen worked like trojans turning up at 08.30 through to 16.00 every day with only a half hour lunch, There was tons of earth to be moved by wheel barrow from the back to the front of the house, then concrete posts, panels and fence panels to erect, creating terraces and steps. Earth replaced and then turf laid. All this done during the very hot weather in an area which was a sun trap. (We honestly don’t know how they kept up the pace throughout).The design was changed slightly during the work as the garden evolved and Liam was not a bit phased by this and cheerfully accepted the changes and gave advice as needed.At the end of each day, the areas were swept and tidied. Then, at the end of the job all rubbish and excess soil removed.Mirage Landscapes were a pleasure to have work for us and we can only say that we wished all contractors had such good ethics.
