Had a new Porch fitted on 7 December 2023. The whole process from quotation to installation went very smoothly and I am very happy with the result. The installers were friendly and efficient and had the job done (just two walls of glass plus front door) in under 5 hours. I would recommend Polar Bear Windows.

Great service from Glenn. Arrived at the agreed time, was very pleasant and polite. Took all the measurements quickly. Quote price was good as well, would definitely recommend.

I had a few difficulties with covid restrictions causing changes to installation but nothing too bad.My issue is with the awful, dangerous, damaging installation and shocking lack of communication.I had two very heavy large patio doors installed. To lift into place just one glass door took 4 men.The huge frame was and is only supported by instalation foam. The door frame collapse due to nothing supporting the huge glass doors, doors came away from track and was only held by 2mm. Unable to lock my door for nearly a week.My frustration is with lack of communication, I've asked on 2 occasions to speak with the a manager, nothing and no responseI've asked repeatedly asked how they will support my floor now they have removed the wall. The floor is starting to move and there is nothing holding the brackets. I've sent photos to head office and I get back very blasé response each time which is starting to become very annoying and frustrating.The frame and glass also came damaged and chipped.

We had our door and two windows replaced upstairs. Couldn’t recommend this company enough. Unfortunately the day we had booked needed to be rescheduled but they managed to get us in even sooner than expected! As first time buyers we feel like they have helped us put our own stamp on the house slowly becoming more ours. They were really helpful in helping us get something so much more stylish in our price range. We only got two windows done as they were the only two left in the house with aluminium frames. We absolutely love how much the door has transformed the space. The team that came out were lovely really professional and cleaned up when they were done :)

My mother has just had all of her windows and front door replaced by Polar Bear windows and she is thrilled. From the first contact with the office staff to fitting the process has been simple and straightforward.Rosie and Lily in the office are professional, kind and helpful. John came to measure and discuss options and he was not a pushy sales man but knowledgeable and helpful.The doors and windows have been fitted over 3 days and the fitters, Ricky and Jamie did a first class job. They took away all of the old windows and finished to a high standard. All of the window and doors look great and my mother is thrilled. Thank you to all at Polar Bear.
