We delt with sue, what a lovely woman she is. Went 100% beyond her duty, she resized a watch within minutes and helped me choose another watch for my dad. Very polite and wanted to help. 5 stars for Sue.

Janice and Sue were absolutely amazing, very patient and understanding. Helped us choose and order our wedding bands which were beautiful and also helping us decide and order solitaires. They were fab so friendly and helpful

Excellent service from Janice and Christine - we visited the store 3 weeks in a row and each time we were quick to be seen. Nothing was too much hassle for them and I’m over the moon I now have an engagement ring that fits! Thank you again for all your help!

I was welcomed on entering the store and asked if I required any assistance by Kara, she was attentive and assisted me, although the store did not have the item I'd viewed online Kara was patient and tried to see if the item was available at another store locally. Unfortunately it wasn't, we then looked at other necklace & earrings options that were available in store. Nothing was too much trouble & I didn't feel rushed in making my purchase. Many thanks for all your help Kara.
