Had a problem with an old saniflo system and Chris was superb. Left a message and he called back within the hour, arrived at the house within the next hour, sourced a replacement, went and collected and came back and fitted it all the same day. Very friendly, helpful and professional through the whole process and very reasonable price. Really couldn’t have asked for more and would highly recommend

I would like to take the time to thank Chris at plumb n heat for the boiler replacement he did on our property today every step of the way he keep’d in touch to arrange the day for the job called the day before with a time and was here on that time me my wife and 3 children had not got water or heating for a week and as soon as we spoke to Chris he came and done the job. when the job was nearly complete he came across a problem with the control panel and this was at 4 pm he went to get parts and was hear until 6.45 pm to make sure my family had hot water and heating very very professional service and a top person to have in your home. also Chris who came to help Chris was the same very very professional polite and explained everything that was going on and made the process very easy and tidy thank you plumb n heat rightly recommend

Really can’t speak highly enough of Chris. I contacted plumb n heat late in the evening after my boiler stopped working, Chris offered lots of advice over the phone but unfortunately there was nothing bringing the boiler back to life. Chris attended first thing in the morning and not wanting to leave us without any heating and hot water he arranged for a replacement boiler which was a lot more of a complex job than a simple swap over due to the location of the boiler and flue going out through the roof. Come home from work that evening and Chris is commissioning the new boiler. Work area was spotless, he ran through all the controls and new Halo smart thermostat downloading the app on my phone and giving us a full demo. A very very happy customer and would recommend Chris to everyone!
