I am a landscape architect and Member of the Society of Garden Designers. I originally met Gilbert six years ago when searching for a waller to build a 40m long retaining wall, steps and bastion for at Cotswold client. He was my preferred choice from a number of wallers. His pinnacle award, web page and references from top tier garden designers made him stand out from the crowd. He has worked on some of the most outstanding new gardens in the Cotswolds. Since completing the first job, Gilbert has also rebuilt a 3 metre high church wall for me. Most recently he has done a lovely job infilling around a new oak gate at the bottom on my garden. In my view Gilbert does more than build walls. He has a sensitivity to the site and a feel what is required.
