I found Newtons through a recommendation and went to them to help me with my ground rent. The whole team was helpful when I came into contact, but one of the best points about Newtons was that my main point of contact was my solicitor, Deniz Altin. I’ve found in the past at other places that it has been very difficult to contact the person working on your case but that was not the case here. Deniz was very understanding and patient explaining and gave regular updates-I didn’t need to chase him. Can’t recommend enough

Regular updates is the key, we are in the early stages of our sale and purchase. Will update on completion. Unfortunately it all went downhill when Our P.o.C Jess urgently went on maternity leave with no notice and no cover. We requested the Supervisor cover the position which reluctantly she did but holiday time came along and only assistant to cover while still in the process of commanding the English language. Our proposed purchase collapsed while our sale completed with difficulties. Now homeless and moving around Yorkshire in different Lodge sites... would I use Newtons again?
