Incorrect lock supplied, the company promptly provided a replacement which had the wrong keys, the 3rd (and final) replacement had the wrong dimensions again!! Refund offered but not actually actioned - very disappointing, still chasing them for a refund a month after initial order.

Needed a specific can of Osmo oil/paint not available anywhere else. Used company for the first time and spoke with Dave. He got the oil at the best price quoted by all other companies. Ordered 4 Sept 18 arrived the following day. Excellent service. Get their catalogue - very interesting - fab ironmongery. Will use Marches again.

Had stock of an item I desperately needed to buy in bulk. Asked on the webchat if it was a specific product code to avoid getting the wrong item(s). Someone joined the chat to answer and then immediately left. I can only take that as rude and not interested in selling. Obviously disappointed.
