We have recently purchased a new Abel home at Taursham Park, Taverham. Nicola in the sales office has been amazing, throughout every step she has been on hand to answer any queries. The customer care team and site manager along with his his team are so helpful, nothing is too much trouble. The homes are so light and airy with a modern look, with the benefit of being energy efficient. More new build developers could learn a few things from Abel.

My disabled wife and myself went into the Swaffham showroom in November and was really quite shocked to see just how rude & uninterested the elderly saleswoman was with our enquiry! We get alot of timewasters in here" she snapped! Is this the type of customer service you show all prospective Cash buyers or just Disabled ones. I thought Abel homes were trying to sell homes at Swans Nest! We purchased a really nice home in Attleborough from Taylor Wimpey instead!If the homes built are anything like the service... Avoid"

A delivered a container which was lifted off on-site. The person in the office was helpful and rallied the troops who arrived quickly and set about lifting the container off my trailer.A drama free, safe and straight forward delivery.

After being messed about by Barratt homes we discovered Rokeles green, Abel homes and have never regretted our choice. The build quality is second to none. Every member of staff has gone above and beyond and nothing has ever been to much to ask. We have had a few very small issues (expected with any new build) but they have been rectified very quickly! 100% recommend Abel homes!

Downsized 3 years ago and one of the first to move in. So pleased that we recognised the superior build quality and inclusive innovations as standard at Swan's Nest; especially after researching the alternative new build on offer locally.Really cant understand negative feedback on here: Highly Suspicious!

Why can't ALL builders build to Abel's standards?Triple glazing, solar panels, exceptional insulation and EPC 'A' rating are all standard, even on the social/affordable housing. So why aren't other builders following suit?

Abel homes were amazing with us during our purchase and we are loving our new home. Any issues we have had have been dealt with since moving in. Considering we are still on a building site apart from the passing trucks the workmen are super quiet. I can work from home without interruptions while my patio doors are wide open.

My partner and I bought an Abel house in Mattishall towards the end of 2018. We absolutely love it! Our house is built to the very highest quality and the service we received was excellent. Nicola in the marketing suite was extremely friendly and helpful. She played an important role in making the buying process stress free. Danny, the site manager, was also great, he is knowledgeable and always happy to help. The site team are always friendly which has been nice whilst they are finishing the development. We would highly recommend.
