Wow, I was a reluctant returner having kept away after a Cheese and Onion pasty that tasted like wet cardboard. This time it was full of flavour and nice and hot.

Tried their Southern Fried Chicken Baguette which turns out my favourite. The shop is clean and tidy evertime I visit. The staff is very nice and helpful, they offer to heat the food for me before eating. The price is affordable for a quick bite.

I usually swear by Gregg's for various items, including vegan options and coffee. The strange system they work to gave me no option but to walk out.I ordered for several family members, making sure they had all the items especially the vegan options. The staff member started to fix the coffee's, but when it came to the vegan steak bake, these had been put to one side for an online order which had been placed after I had put my full order in. The staff member said we don't have any vegan stake bakes, I said they are over there keeping warm on the hot plates. She informed me that online orders take precedence over my order, even thou I had put my order in 1st.This isn't a busy shop with numerous staff, so I was not happy when two staff members didn't make sure that that the order taken could not be fulfilled, before dealing with a later online order. Especially when I made it obvious that a vegan steak bake was essential when placing my order by enquiring whether they had some first.

Didn’t catch her name but the lady that served me was extremely friendly & funny, came out with a big smile on my face. Greggs is Greggs but that kind of service sets this one apart

Crazy management .New manager chantel is very rude and she was being too much crazy with customers and drivers ..

Greggs do an Amazing breakfast and would highly recommend this place one particular thing I would like to recommend is the Pan au chocolates.

They have some very courteous baristas, especially the lady with glasses. Today, She showed me the difference between a single shot espresso and a double shot espresso. While it may seem simple, a double shot espresso is still written as “espresso” on the menu, which could be confusing.Thank you.
