I've used Wharfedale refrigeration for several years for our food factory refrigeration servicing and break downs. Great company to deal with. Very responsive, friendly and professional service. Highly recommended.

Completely unprofessional.Booked their services (to come and service 2 air conditioning units) a week in advance to coincide with some renovation work we have ongoing for a new tenant to take over a leased property.On the day they were supposed to attend (Thursday), there was no sign of them by mid afternoon. After two calls to their office chasing an update, I received a call from the owner Matthew to apologise and state he was unsure why no one had attended but he would put things right and have someone attend the following morning (Friday).As I would not be on site the following day I asked the builders to provide access to the expected engineer.Friday comes, the engineers from Wharfedale don't and their is no contact from Wharfedale.I make contact with the builders who confirm no attendance at 4pm on Friday afternoon, I make contact with Matthew who once again has no idea why his staff have failed to attend and do their job.I point out to Matthew that his companies woeful approach is putting my schedule back and financially impacting us. This then prompts Matthew to ask whether my main point of complaining is to get a discount. Nope, absolutely not. My complaint is about you doing what I need you to do and be paid for it. Clearly you cannot service this job, so would have appreciated some honesty and said it couldn't be done.Matthew offered to put it right" and attend first thing Monday morning

Brill service, used this company for many years. They have never let down no matter what time I call them. Always professional. High recommend.

Was introduced to Wharfedale a couple of years ago now, and they have been great for us. I highly recommend and wont use anyone else now they look after all our A/C equipment and Refrigeration

Over the past 37 years because of the nature of my business, I have had to deal with many refrigeration companies from a large corporate companies to small local ones. Hand on heart, I can say that Wharfdale refrigeration has been the most knowlagebale, effecient and honest that I have come across. Thank you to the two engineers on the site -Frank and Ryan - who were marvelous, and many thanks to Barry who advised as to what needed to be done and oversaw the whole project. This was a large walk-in blast freezer that needed some major work and their job couldn't have been any better.

I can't speak highly enough about the quality of Wharfedale Refrigeration's work. Always a professional and friendly service from Barry, Matt and their team. We have used them many times and will continue to do so.

Do not use. Appalled with the service. After failing to fix the leak in a piece of our refirgeration the we paid them £300 for. They insisted there was another entirely new problem with the system we were not told about the first time and would be required to spend a further £450. The second piece of refrigeration they looked over, they claimed to be an £800 compressor issue. After get a second opinion from another engineer it turned about to be a wiring issue and £150 later the system is absolutely fine! They are now refusing to honour the initial job they did not complete. Will never use again.

I have been using these guys as installers for equipment the company I work for sell into the pub industry.Quick, efficient, informative, and overall the best I have used throughout the UK. Not often you come across a company who exceed expectations, but these guys do every time. Can't recommend highly enough
