Went into Topps Tiles on Saturday 22nd August to browse for outdoor Patio tiles. Dave and the team greeted us warmly, asking if they could help. They clearly pointed out what we should look for ahead of letting us have time to browse (we didn't feel we were being watched or followed). Dave then followed up with us and we had some questions. He helped answer them, took our details and then kindly took our details to follow up. Could not recommend the team here enough as being both professional, striking the balance perfectly between attentative and giving space to browse. Would thoroughly recommend.

First of all Google maps brought me directly to the location. Fair amount of customer parking spaces available.We needed some exterior quarry tiles. We were greeted by Dave as we entered the store. He could not have been more helpful. From directing us to the tiles themselves, working out the amount required through to the purchase and, finally, bringing them out to our car.First class service!!

Be prepared for a gang of sales people to harass you the moment you enter the store and every moment afterwards, even if you simply want to browse. Moved on to another store as soon as possible.
