Julie, you are a miracle worker!! Julie helped me get my phobia of flying under control. I couldn't talk about flying without feeling anxious and after 2 sessions, I have just sat on a 6 hour flight! I am amazed at how professional, warm and comforting Julie was through the whole experience. If you are thinking of getting hypnotherapy, you will be in safe hands with Julie x

I have been seeing Julie Showering for almost one year, and have found great benefit from her therapy. Now, i still get anxious and panicky on occasion but have learned how to deal with it 100% better than i used to, which is great. I would recommend anyone with problems to make an appointment to see her, it is well worth it .
