We were planning a vacation to the UK in June of this year. (2022).After seaching many travel company,s i was told that i could not hire a car at my age(84). Then i found Indigocarhire. Connor shearman was the rep who i dealt with and i could not ask for any better service. So as a senior i strongly recommend Indigo car hire.

Great choice for arranging car rental abroad with Indigo Car Hire! Second time using their service first when in Dubai and now when was in Turkey. Was very pleased with their agents. Both time my deposit was sent back in my account without delay. Bonus you don’t need a credit card to rent debit card accepted for car hiring here. Will be using again on my next holiday very amicable reservations team. Prices 10/10.

Can only recommend! They are the only company we could find that rents out cars without a credit card in Italy. It was super easy to book, pay and find the place. We've got advised by customer support prior and had a little issue after returning the car that they helped us resolve. Super friendly and knowledgeable staff that replies to emails quickly!

Very professional, good price, and great advice.I recently had cause to complain about the hire company Indigo car hire had arranged for us. It was not their fault, but they listened carefully to my complaint and got me a full refund from the hire company. This was dealt with by Cherie Carter who was excellent.I would highly recommend indigo car and van hire.

Excellent service. First researching to rent a car in Ireland it all appeared very disorienting, and even distressing reading people's reports in travel guides about the problems they had renting cars in Ireland, and the surprises they confronted when arriving at the airport to pick up their rental. Searching the car rental sites directly I found wildly varying rates and lots of very small print that was difficult to decipher. That was if I could even find a car available for the dates that I needed one. Thankfully I discovered Indigo. I contacted them, got Connor on the phone right away, and he sorted everything out - immediately. Got me the car for a very good rate and answered all of the questions that were otherwise buried in the fine print. He did so quickly, efficiently, and in good humour. Arrived Dublin airport, everything was arranged in advance, no problems, picked up the car, and drove off. What a relief! Thank you!
