I have just used Charme Beauty for the first time for lash extensions and from enquiry to booking to treatment Jess was just lovely and listened to what I wanted, made me feel at ease and the results were amazing.Would 100% recommend

I recently took my daughter to Jess for her first brow wax. My daughter was nervous but Jess was fantastic with her and explained everything she was doing, putting her at ease. The results were great, her brows were tidied up but still natural looking. Would highly recommend.

Jesse has been providing me with HD Brows since 2022. I'm always very happy with the work, colour and shaping, and I'm very fussy. Jesse is very friendly, it's a relaxed atmosphere. Her Salon is always clean and inviting.

I can't recommend Jess enough. I overplucked my brows so much in the nineties and she has given me my confidence back because of her amazing work. Jess is a superstar! Everything from the consultation to the actual process was explained thoroughly. If I was nervous at the beginning, that feeling left within a few minutes as I knew that I was in very good hands. Jess' studio is the perfect place to relax - spotlessly clean, lovely decor & smelling superb. I am over the moon with my eyebrows & throughly recommend Jess. I had permanent brow makeup done for the first time ever today and I am so happy. I was unsure exactly what I wanted as I’d never had a treatment before and Jess was very informative when taking me through the options at the initial consultation. We settled on Powder Brows and I booked in the treatment.I had my powder brows initial treatment today and Jess was again very welcoming and informative throughout the whole process, and make sure I was comfortable.I am beyond delighted with the results - Jess is a self proclaimed perfectionist and my eyebrows are the proof. I’m very pleased with her care and consideration when marking up my eyebrow shapes and how symmetrical they are. I’ve already had a fair few compliments and that’s on the first day.I experienced very minimal discomfort and a bit of swelling but this makes sense considering the process. Jess made sure to use numbing cream and honestly I could’ve fallen asleep as I was very relaxed.Finally, the consultation/beauty room is nicely decorated and very clean, and Jess makes sure to change gloves/utensils regularly to prevent any contamination.5 stars from me, a lovely businesswoman and a fabulous service.

I went to Jess to get some HD brows done, and although I was nervous as I haven’t changed my brows in over 20 years, I was so happy I had them done, gone are the thin, over plucked brows. Thanks to Jess I now have more defined, natural looking brows. Couldn’t be happier.
