I would have given a higher score but I have found customer service after purchase is appalling I have been trying to get in touch with the Company to no avail. Sent them lots of messages on their website with no reply. Such a shame as delivery was good. But would not purchase from this company again.

Prices are very competitive, delivery was fast and the item seems to be perfect. I was looking for other items (dishwashers) that this company does not supply but I would have bought more from them and would buy again. In fact this company will be one of my first ports of call in the future. Thank you

Brilliant experience all the way through. The Franke tap was an amazing price and of great quality. The delivery was smooth and quick. The tap now looks amazing in its place on its Franke sink. So, a thoroughly recommended company! Buy from them now! You won't regret it.

Absolutely outstanding value and service! I wanted a specific model of gas hob by AEG, and had been trying to buy one for several weeks before I finally found Modern Kitchen Appliances. Their price was considerably lower than any other supplier, delivery by courier was included, and MKA seemed to be the only people in the UK who could deliver within 10 days,. But the best was yet to come! I placed my order on Wednesday lunchtime and my hob was delivered within 72 hours on Saturday. In this day and age it is really heartening to get a great deal coupled with fantastic service. Well done MKA, if I could give you more than 5 stars, I would.

Terrible unprofessional seller: Pretended to be unable to tell the difference between shipping details and billing details, hence sent me a useless invoice with shipping details instead of the request billing details for my business. Moreover, decided to ignore my messages and e-mails. And I did give the seller more than enough time to make it right and fix the invoice situation. Shame on you!
