Shop really good selection of cards and gift ideas, but they have sign on door saying because of size of shop you are not allowed in with shopping trolley so as an oap with trolley I waited outside while partner went in, then to my astonishment a you lady came along with another lady and a baby in fairly large bugy. Went into shop bugy vertually filled isle and no one batted eye lid shop assistants saw me outside and not one asked was I ok. Shame on you card.factory

Without being rude to the staff, but we were very disappointed after buying an airwalker balloon for our son, to find it had been filled with air and not helium. When I returned to the shop to explain I was told the balloons don't need to be filled with helium and ca be filled with air, to my total astonishment. The concept behind the brand airwalker is that the balloon can stand vertically when weighed down with weights. The shop assistant kept making excuses up that, like it must be top heavy, we always fill them with air etc. I couldn't stop myself from laughing. Bless them
