Miserable bloke running it, make sure you’ve ordered online as he doesn’t understand the concept of people walking into a shop wanting to buy items that a shop is selling.

No problem with the uniform, however the woman who works here is so unprofessional & needs humbling.When my friend & I attended to collect my son's uniform, this woman was waiting to park, my friend needed to turn round so we were facing the correct way to get out of the small area due to us needing to get the kids to school & not wanting to get stuck in the small space when people were parking...due to the wait my friend spun the car around in the area Infront of the shop, the woman aggressively started beeping her horn accusing her of trying to steal her parking space, bearing in mind we had the children with us and this was around 9am before school, she beeped that many times, loud and hard she made myself and my son jump, when entering the shop she was arguing back & forth with my friend after being asked why she was so passive aggressive, literally arguing with my friend that we tried to steal her space, even when told this wasn't the case, after we left the shop, we got in the car & I was quickly writing my son's name on his blazer before dropping him to school & she came back out to the car antagonising the situation further trying to get a reaction, all Infront of the kids telling us to leave because we weren't allowed to park in the spaces provided by the slot next door even though the gentleman had no issue with this as we was only there for a couple minutes at most.I've never been more horrified at someone's unprofessional manorisms especially Infront of children, shameful, honestly disgusting service, beyond moritifed.Maybe she was late for work so that became our problem but to start my son's morning like that stressed me out, & was extremely disgraceful.

All items I needed were in stock, the quality is brilliant and the embroidery is very professional

The University of Birmingham Rugby League Club had some polos embroidered here recently. Steven communicated all the steps very efficiently and produced some very good products for us. Social distnacing upon drop off and collection was all in place, as expected. Would highly recommend their services!
