We had an excellent service from Farouk and the team at Zenith. We had a loft conversion and rear extension at the same time & from design to build nothing was ever too much trouble. Farouk offered excellent advice and knowledge when it came to the various options on the build and finish. We are so happy with the finished product. Thank you Zenith.

Zenith designs recently completed a kitchen / diner renovation for us and from start to finish they have been brilliant. This was our first renovation project but from the initial chat Farouk was friendly, knowledgeable and completely transparent, and outlined everything we needed to know before moving forward.His prices are fair and the services were excellent. We paid a small fee for the initial quote but this was completely worth it as he was able to turn a fully itemised quote around for us in a matter of days (other construction companies had us waiting months) and the fee was deducted from the final invoice.Any small hiccups along the way were met with professionalism and I felt very comfortable querying any costs through the project. Would highly recommend.

I had a problem with having to apply for retrospective planning permission for a property in Splott. Farouk was very helpful and professional and sorted everything out for me, including plans and application submission. He is very competitively priced and I would highly recommend.Since then Farouk has drawn up plans for a property we own in Penylan to facilitate us to split the lease between the flats. We initially used Zenith Designs to draft plans for extension to our house. Throughout the whole process Farouk and his team have been excellent. Any small changes that we’ve needed to the plans have been completed very quickly which supported the submission to the council with planning permission being granted without any issues whatsoever.I also used Zenith Designs for the structural engineering calculations which were completed in a timely manner.Any query I’ve had along the way, I’ve been able to contact Farouk directly and he has supported the builder throughout to ensure the work conducted meets what is required.I would highly recommend Zenith Designs.
