I have used this company for two years to track my machines. Yesterday, for the first time, one of my excavators was stolen from site whilst on hire. It was finally recovered 70 miles away thanks to it’s onboard tracker. If it wasn’t for Competitive Tracking and their excellent system, this asset would have been lost to the thieves. The system is affordable, accurate and proved yesterday that it is an excellent investment for any company who needs to protect their high value assets.Thanks so much to the Competitive Tracking team. I Would very stronly avoid using this company part of Easytrak Software. Had a car go missing as their sim cards all went offline and their installer Doug from In Car Telematics ltd avoided my calls and would lie to me saying hes in hospital. Within that time i had a car stolen worth 30k didnt get paid out as tracker sim cards went off line. After calling Easytrak they said Doug will call as hes on the motorway. I found it weird they said hes on motorway and he would message me saying hes in hospital he will call when hes out. He then messages me 2 days later saying all trackers would need new sims and 12 months data has to paid upfront which i never heard before. I refused to pay 12 months upfront. All in all i paid £270 for each tracker X4 and 30K car gone missing due to their trackers going offline. To avoid headache and stress best to avoid this company along with In Car Telematics ltd Birmingham.
