10/10 service. Was in and out within 5 minutes and the gentleman who served me was extremely helpful with what I was looking for. Currently smoking the cigar he recommended to me, he couldn’t have recommended any better.

I am a relatively novice pipe smoker, and wanted to pick up a few bits and bobs locally. The gentleman who served me was very helpful and polite. I admit I was nervous before visiting as pipe smoking is generally a male domain and I have faced some frowns and scowls in the past but not here. Will definitely be back again.

The most rude staff I have ever met in Bristol, I'm ready to buy a cigar, I was rudely kicked out by the staff just because I dragged my scooter in. When I leave, he still talk to me with dirty words. I don't understand why he does this, I'm bringing him business.Maybe it's because of the misfortune this staff has suffered recently, I can only choose to tolerate him, but everyone still have to be careful of this weirdo.If you have to go shopping, I strongly recommend that you do not come alone, it is better to have someone with you to be safe.

Has a good selection of cigars. But, the staff could be a little more happy. As I found them to look and sound a little sad. Almost somewhat unfriendly. I would still say they are very useful. They know there stuff. I've bought 6 cigars from them. My experiences with them have all been good, apart from one. One of them was super dry and fell apart. ( I smoked it the same day) So could not be me who made it dry. I just suppose its one of those things. Overall would recommend.

Great little shop, haven't been in for a while, but when I need a cigar this is where I go to. Would like a bit more choice of cigars Cuban and others. Superb service as always, will return soon.

I have visited this shop twice now when I have been in the area. First time I bought an R&J with no problems. Today I bought an Olivia which turned out to be the most difficult cigar a have ever smoked. It was so dry the wrapper split in 10 - 12 different places. Very disappointed!
