V12 Sports and Classics Worksop

Just bought a ford focus yesterday from V12! We initially dealt with Ryan for the viewing, test drive and part exchange of my current vehicle. Ryan was great, really good at his job and very easy to talk to! He definitely made the whole experience feel lighthearted and enjoyable from start to finish! The car had been prepared to a very high standard and was exactly as described in the advert. My part exchange of my current vehicle was also very competitive! We were then handed over to Jacob to complete the paperwork and he was also great and described everything very clear and talked very highly of the company and how well staff are treated which was lovely! Overall a very easy and hassle free experience and we would definitely come back to V12 to buy another car in the future!

I bought this car from V12 sports workshop, then on the second day of my purchase l found out that this car's front pumper, sensor and grill has cracked and it's repainted as well.Second, They charged me for paint ceramic and inside seat's water resistant products,but they all lied to me, they had not applied anything.From the second day of my purchase I called them everyday and they pass me likea ball to each others. I hope they help me in this case. Otherwise it will be my last purchase from them.

I am writing this review for my husband and myself. We had a wonderful experience with V12. We saw a car in auto trader and came to v12 Worksop. I would like to say, we had best experience here today. We explained our requirements. Anthony explained all their deals. He offered expert advice and suggestions and cleared all our doubts and confusions. Once we had our test drive, he explained everything pretty well about part exchange, sale of the new car, various warranty plans and packages. All mangers were kind and friendly. They discussed through various packages until we came to a decision and they were so patient and understanding. After lots of disagreements and discussions, finally we had the deal, also met both our finance and wish list. Once they are clear what you need, they does everything.But we reach the place by 12 PM and left the place with the car by 7PM. Very long day, long waiting.I would recommend v12 without any hesitation. They provide professional service. They made the purchase so easy and simple. Kudos to the team!!

He was very knowledgeable about the cars on the lot, and he was able to answer all of my questions. He was also very patient and understanding, and he didn't pressure me into buying anything I didn't want.I would highly recommend V12 Cars Worksop to anyone looking for a new or used car. We recently bought our new car from V12. The whole process from the initial enquiry in the morning to the purchase in the afternoon was fantastic.Ryan was a point of call at the Worksop branch. He came back to us quickly with answers and even booked in to test drive the car within a few hours of our initial call.Our car was assessed for part ex while we were on the test drive. The price was fair and the whole process took less than an hour.There was no sales pitch or push to buy and the customer service was spot on.We're really happy with the new car and the fact it was ready to drive away made all the difference.We'd highly recommend and if we're in the market for another vehicle we wouldn't hesitate to return.

Came in to buy a Jaguar for Work, the service was brilliant I was dealt with by Ryan. Great salesman, very straight forward and we figured a price we were both happy with. Gernell was absolutely brilliant with me. I went in needing a car on very short notice and he went above and beyond to sort me finance with as low a deposit as possible. He let me look around and inside the car then came back out for me to take it for a test drive. Car was absolutely perfect for what I wanted. You can truly tell how much he loves his job and interacting with customers. Incredible service, will definitely be back next time I need a new car!!

Exceptional service from Mia and Jacob today, absolutely faultless. Purchased a one year old Peugeot e2008 and the choice of quality, high-end vehicles at this very smart dealership was incredible.
