I booked this room and paid a deposit of £150 to then be told after I don’t meet the age requirements (I’m 18). Im now down over £300 and then to be told that I may be charged a fee to cancel when I wasn’t the one who cancelled. The lady who I called was rude and every complaint I made the answer was just “okay”. The policy should be to review the information before I pay my deposit. AVOID THIS PROPERTY
