Greggs is a go-to destination for delicious food on-the-go, and this branch is no exception. The menu boasts the same great tasting food you would expect from any other Greggs, with a wide selection to choose from. The staff are friendly and attentive, providing excellent service to customers.The location of this branch is convenient, situated amongst other essential stores, and it's a sizable and well-kept space. However, at times, the queues at this branch can be quite long, which can be a slight downside.Overall, if you're looking for a quick bite to eat, Greggs is definitely worth checking out. The food is great, the staff are friendly, and the location is convenient, despite the occasional wait. I would definitely recommend this site.

Rude customer service. Staff rudely answer back to customers and there is no one on the counter for a good five minutes. Avoid due to the staff.

Discussingly slow service they only Eva have one person serving iv been stood in the que 15 mins and still not been served no apologies for the wait and they seemed to be focused on online orders not customer and never have any soy milk available really not great service guys

Girls are all super friendly and dont stop moving...Only down side is the huge queue every day, but they always get it down as fast as possible.

Horrible customer service. I went to get my breakfast and there was no one on the counter to service I waited 5 mins no one appeared to service. I said excuse me numerous times to get someone's attention and no one came then I knocked on the glass and this woman appeared and said there is no need to do this as we are busy and don't have enough staff. She was very abrupt and rude. Didn't apologise for the wait and told me that she was going to serve and will ask someone else to serve me.I have been going there for a long time she I haven't received this kind of service before. I always see other staff members who welcome me with a smile but this member of staff was very rude with no service skills in her at all.

Very friendly staff, always willing to help and remindful of using their app to receive free goodies. Foods always nice and warm and a good selection from sandwiches, cookies and cakes.Always very busy due to its great location but the wait time is small as they're right there helping quickly and efficiently as possible. The prices are also very fair and not bad when you get a free drink at end of the week.I would recommend you give it a go.

Disappointed that they are having to close at 5.30pm and not the advertised time of 7pm. Apparently there are not enough staff to cover.
