Fantastic service from Jaguar on a vehicle that was sold by Cinch - they really made an effort to get the approved works completed on time and provided a loan car to ensure my work schedule was not interrupted.

Bit of an adventure, in the current circumstances, trying to get the specific car that you want. I found the one I wanted online at SW London and phoned to say that I'd come and look at it. Didn't pay a reservation fee so was disappointed but not annoyed when I turned up to learn that it had been sold the previous day. Service standards at this dealership are very high and the ethos of friendly professionalism extends to every single person you meet, from senior sales manager to the young man labouring through his GCSEs and taking advantage of work experience placement. No idea who the manager of this dealership is but whoever it is, they're doing a great job.Anyway, individual achievement absolutely goes to Jonathan Cooper for tenacity in the face of adversity but, as a team, no hesitation in recommending. My quest for a new car spans a couple of months and I met a few of the Sales Execs - none of them were anything less than helpful but Jonathan went the extra mile to get me behind the wheel.

I chose to have my Jaguar serviced at Sytner Suth West as it is an SV Specialist Centre. This means that their engineering team are trained to the highest standards. From the moment that I dropped the car off to the moment that it was returned they were both professional and efficient. Having got home I subsequently notices what appeared to be a leak. I contacted the team and they were brilliant. They sent one of the mobile team out. Although he couldn’t identify an issue I was sufficiently concerned to ask them to look at it in the workshop. My recent experience with Sytner Jaguar South West London has left me thoroughly dissatisfied. It began with an excruciatingly long waiting period of three months just to replace the tailgate struts on my Jaguar. What's more, despite my best efforts to confirm that the strut replacement work would be carried out, the service team at Sytner booked the work as an investigation" when I arrived

My mother and I had a wonderful experience from start till end when ordering our brand new Jaguar F-Pace. The team at Sytner West London took time and care to explain all the options on the table as we were not sure if we were ordering a brand-new or approved used vehicle. Ultimately, we opted for a brand-new vehicle and special mentions must go to both Dan, and Mirza who took care of us from ordering to delivery of our F-Pace inside of 3 months.
