Terrible service. Advisor tell lies about plans. Advisor try to cheat me . What the **** . Advisor Tarang always told me 36 month plan. To cheat me. We are customers . We are paying our money. Don't take customers easy .

It was busy but they served me immediately. They have many desks and today (Saturday) there was an employee at each one of them making the number of the employees in the shop servicing more than 6 (I think they were 8-9 in total, not sure) when in other shops it's usually 2-4... The one that served me was very fast in anything I asked him to do and answered all my questions, he even explained things to me in order to help me understand things easier. Seemed very friendly and helpful. Overall I was more satisfy from their services than other ones I have gone in neighbouring towns...

The worst service i have ever got today. Went there to buy a new phone.. He didnt even bother to look at us and keep chatting with someone on the computer.Guy with a specs he don’t even care about the customers. Dont think vodaphone cares though. Good thing i have changed my network.
