Our property was placed with Sage & Co Auctions team and from the initial prompt response to discussing options with Ryan the communication was excellent. The major benefit we saw with this auction approach being how quickly the process would be completed if a sale was achieved.From getting details posted on the auction site , the initial photography and the virtual walk through everything was handled very efficiently.We used the recommended Solicitors to get the legal pack in place for the auction deadline which also worked well.There was a lot of interest, with viewings managed by Sage& Co up to the auction day.The property fell just short of the reserve that we had set in agreement with the team, but has now been sold by Sage & Co Estate Agents
