Nice experience, staff was efficient and listened to my requests. Very neat work. £20 for a Gel Manicure is an amazing deal and I am extremely satisfied with the results. Will return :D

Was a friendly and great place to get your nails done. They did a good job on making sure my acrylic gel nails were filed evenly, so they took their time doing so. They even offered a cold drink for free on a hot day like it was today. The price was reasonable so I would definitely go again.

I had my nails done by Leah and she did an amazing job. Cleaned the cuticles, the shape and length were just as I described, and she pays lots of attention to details. Would 100% recommend asking for her when getting your nails done :)

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience, I had to wait 1 whole hour before getting attended to and then was charged more than what their website said and for short simple nails, and to add on when i asked if they take cash he told me « no only card » but i watched three women pay with cash. Then they completely get the nail design wrong and there is nail polish and acrylic all over my hands and i had to clean it off myself and they didn’t even put a top coat on my nails leaving it feeling very rough and unfinished. Overall horrible experience and service

Best place..I often get my nails done but this was the best one ever had done. The guy did exactly what I wanted. It's a pity it was in coventry as I live in leicester. I wish they would have the same branch in leicester.However the shop was extremely dirty at the back. It does need a very good clean. But it didn't affect their quality of work or their workplace table... That was hygienically clean
