Avoid!!!! I ordered CBD oil for my dog, luckily paid on PayPal. I received no email confirmation from the company and two weeks later, no product. I’ve emailed, messaged on social media and spoken to a woman who answered the number online, Nathan never gets back. Requested money back through PayPal, thankfully it’s on its way. Just don’t waste your time!!

Avoid!!!! Scam. Do not order from them. I placed order for 2 leads and haven't received them. Bank is investigating.

Nothing wrong with the leads except I ordered 16mm and got 12mm ones. No way of contacting this company which is what the 2 stars are for. Two email addresses and both bounce back. Measenger messege unread. Comments on buisness page not replied too. Comment on personal profile not replied too. I suppose I could put a stamp on an envelope and send a letter but I suspect that would get ignored too. Leads look ok quality but probably not worth £40/leash. No despatch note or any paperwork in box and I still need 2 16mm slip leads so, off to etsy it is next month.great way to make money lol

We have ordered several times from this company, and have not had a problem. We have just placed an order for the third harness.Also ordered dummies, and leads.

Waiting for 6 weeks for a refund! And no response!
