I was lucky that there were no customers waiting so I was served immediately.Quickly found a new phone and found a plan that was slightly better than my previous one for the same price. I like the agreement that separates the cost of the phone from the plan.Really friendly member of staff too.

HiWe came into the branch in Hastings and were so impressed by the welcome and professional approach from the staff.Lucy was amazing, she answered all our questions,.helped us deal with a complicated issue (for us !).and was genuine. She helped us choose what plan was right for us and her colleague ably assisted her.The store itself was clean and well set out, could not help but browse. I was served by two polite and helpful staff members in this branch today. Both staff members professionally introduced the product I was interest in and patiently addressed my concerns, I'm glad I was served by them today. They demonstrated fabulous team work I'm absolutely honoured to have been served by them. We both needed to sort out our mobile phones and Ryan was very good in doing just that. I ended up saving over £7 and a new phone my partner ended saving £9 and a new phone. Well done Ryan.
